Power. We need one exterior outlet within cord reach of the roofline, usually in the garage or on the patio. We supply the timer and the cord run.
Access. Gate codes, guard-gate procedure, and where to park the truck. You don't need to be home.
Pets. Please keep dogs inside during the install.
HOA. If your association has a display window or a form, send it before install day and we schedule to it.
After dark. We test every bulb after dark on install day. If anything is off, call and it's fixed within 48 hours.
